I Heart Faces – “Excited” Theme

excitement quote excited 4

Nothing makes Jordyn more excited than riding her four-wheeler.  One of these days, I’ll share a picture of Jordyn’s face when we take her off the four-wheeler.  I’ll just have to wait for the “despair” theme.  :)

Oh…I don’t know that there is much time (the contest ends some time on Monday 10/12), but Jennifer Bowen is giving one lucky winner a Canon lens in celebration of her 100th post and her blog makeover.  Don’t own a Canon?  That’s okay…she has a Plan B:  a new blog redesign!  I don’t know about you, but both of these options sound about as good as it gets.  Hurry on over and check out this contest before it’s over!

What a beautiful girl! She looks so comfortable on that four-wheeler. She's a natural. I'm sure she gets excited every time she's on it. Great entry!

And I love the green fonts! Did you make those yourself? Amazing!

Thanks, Jennifer! I actually just used a font that I had on my computer...wish I were that talented! The font is called jamaistevie and it can be downloaded for free at: http://www.dafont.com/jamaistevie.font

Now, I'm not sure about the "despair" theme..... but I love Angie's comment about it. Too funny.

I have teens - I have no excited face photos on digital. They were all taken on film when the kids were small.... bummer. I'll see if I can dig up some other child's face I may have captured...

Hi! Great entry :o)

After reading your tutorial on photoblog templates, I started using Windows Live Writer. I LOVE it!!! Thanks for the tip! So,I didn't realize that we had to have the button to enter the weekly challenges, thus I assume all of my entries were disqualified :o( Anyhow, all that to say I can't figure out how to get the button with the LIveWriter...*blush* If you have the chance to tell me how I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Thanks for the comments and for the help! You are amazing!!! Now maybe I can REALLY enter the contests! lol

About Me

My Photo
Drew
I'm a Christian, wife, mom, teacher and computer addict. I started my family blog years ago in an attempt to document daily happenings. (I knew I'd forget everything before I ever had a chance to scrapbook so I'd better write it down!) After seeing the incredible improvement in photography my sister made after having a "Year in Photos" site, I was inspired to start my own. So now I have my "gross stories from a typical day with my kids" blog and my daily photo blog. Hope you enjoy!
