I ♥ Faces ~ Reflection ~ Adults & Kids

(Adult’s Entry)

Basically, my son and I are reflected in a bubble.  :)

(Kid’s Entry)

nate's reflection2

This is my son reflected in a CD.  His response to seeing this was, “Hey!  Am I supposed to look like a rainbow?” It wasn’t exactly what I was hoping to capture, but Nathan wasn’t sticking around to help me out in this little project.

Time’s almost up, but there still a little more time to enter. As a contributor, I’m just entering for fun.  Go check out all the much more creative entries at I ♥ Faces!

I love this! You always have the best ideas! I was going to put your picture in my post today but I couldn't copy your picture. It was wierd since I could copy every other picture I tried to copy today! I really like your entries! Like always! Hope you don't have to write too many IEP's this week!

That bubble shot is so neat! However did you think of it? Was the bubble pretty big? And your rainbow son looks nifty...whether or not that was what you were going for!

I shall title your post "Iridescence", because both pictures have that unique quality. I love them both; this is one of those themes that cries out for originality, and you nailed it!

You are SO creative!!!

Melinda 11:17 PM

Well worth the wait : ) How creative are you. I would have never thought of the bubble but I LOVE it.

That bubble is so neat. It took me a while to finally see your reflection. Very cool! I want to know if that was planned? If so, I bow down to your greatness... :-)

I love both of them! I wanted to do a bubble this week but our weather wasn't working and without the sun it just didn't look good. Tried it inside the house too...but nope.

I understand the not wanting to stick around. Sam was like that too when he was younger. But yes, to answer your question you left on mine...yes, he will one day hold still and stick around for you. :)

Thanks for coming over.

Interesting shots...very cool.

To answer Julie's question, it was actually a little bubble. When you're out watching your kids playing, you gotta have something to occupy your mind. This became my "mission", which answers Amy question...yes it was totally intentional. :)

About Me

My Photo
Drew
I'm a Christian, wife, mom, teacher and computer addict. I started my family blog years ago in an attempt to document daily happenings. (I knew I'd forget everything before I ever had a chance to scrapbook so I'd better write it down!) After seeing the incredible improvement in photography my sister made after having a "Year in Photos" site, I was inspired to start my own. So now I have my "gross stories from a typical day with my kids" blog and my daily photo blog. Hope you enjoy!
